Life Coach Jerome Eggleston, M.A., is a distinguished graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where he earned a bachelor's degree in political science. He further enhanced his expertise with a master's degree in Community Counseling from the University of North Alabama. With over 25 years of experience as a Certified Professional Life Coach, Jerome has devoted his life to inspiring and uplifting those around him. As a beacon of inspiration and empowerment, he is dedicated to guiding individuals, families, and teens toward a better life.

Jerome is a devoted husband to Meccosia C. Eggleston, a teacher at Florence City Schools, and a proud father to their daughter, Diamond, who excels as an 11th grader at Muscle Shoals High School. In his professional role, Jerome serves as the Director of Dual Enrollment at Northwest Shoals Community College, where he is at the forefront of educational innovation, helping students achieve academic success and pursue their dreams. His passion for personal growth and community service is evident in his role as the host of "A Better Life Show," where he shares wisdom and inspiration with audiences across various platforms.

Jerome's unwavering commitment to his community has earned him a series of prestigious awards, including Outstanding Young Shoals Citizen by the Shoals Jaycees, Outstanding Young Alabamian by the Alabama Junior Chamber of Commerce, and the Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award from Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. His 15 years of exemplary service to the Trio program were recognized by the Alabama Association of Educational Opportunity Program Personnel, and he was honored with the University of North Alabama Alumni Public Service Award. Recently, Jerome was celebrated for his 20 years of outstanding service at Northwest Shoals Community College.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jerome is a pillar of his community, currently serving as the Youth Director at New Birth Ministries in Florence, Alabama. His commitment to youth is further demonstrated through his hosting of over 20 Back to School Giveaways for young people in the Shoals. Jerome finds joy in exercising, swimming, and immersing himself in nature, all of which fuel his deep passion for inspiring others to live their best lives.
