Kenneth Hall is a senior communications and marketing executive with nearly 40 years of
professional experience in multiple major industries. He currently serves as Director of
Communications for Quiddity Engineering, a full-service, Texas-based civil engineering firm.
Over the course of his distinguished career, he has worked for such major organizations as
KBR, Stantec, Deloitte, and The Dallas Morning News.
He has cross-functional experience building and leading marketing and proposal teams through successful, customer-focused proposal processes, and market differentiation that meets and exceeds management and client expectations. He has managed and written hundreds of proposals in his career, securing well over $500 million in contract value. Kenneth has also served as a copy editor, ghost writer, and consultant for more than 20 published books.
Prior to his role at Quiddity, Kenneth served Stantec as Communications Manager on the IAH Terminal Redevelopment Program (ITRP) at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, a $1.3 billion multiyear expansion program that is upgrading and modernizing several areas of the airport. Duties included working with internal organizations within the Houston Airport System with regard to ITRP communications/public relations and various Airport initiatives, events, and undertakings.
Kenneth will publish his first full-length book toward the end of 2024, a couple’s devotional
entitled Meditations and Musings that is designed to strengthen marriages and families. As a
man of faith and a child of divorce, Kenneth has witnessed firsthand the disintegration and
devastation marital breakups often cause. He and his wife Vanessa have dedicated significant time to investing in the lives and unions of couples through various church roles and ministries.
Kenneth and Vanessa will celebrate their 28th wedding anniversary in November. Vanessa will complete the coursework for a second master’s degree in Spring 2025, tracking toward
credentialing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
He fondly remembers his four-year stint in the U.S. Air Force, where he served as a staff writer
then editor of the Lackland Talespinner, one of the Air Force’s largest newspapers.
When asked about his future plans, Kenneth was thoughtful in his response. “The Lord has
extended such incredible grace to me. He guided me through very humble beginnings in a
small, rural town in Louisiana to giving me a great family and meaningful work for which I am
very proud.
“Character counts and I just want to be a help to others, to share the love of God in my words and deeds. I want to represent Him well.”
Kenneth and Vanessa are the proud parents of three adult sons, Andrew, Jordan, and Joshua. Kenneth has a B.A. in Journalism from the University Louisiana at Monroe, formerly Northeast Louisiana University. He has also completed continuing education classes at George Washington University. He is a Certified Life Coach and an ordained Christian minister.
