Kyle Flowers is a visionary leader, celebrated for his unwavering dedication to community development, partnership coordination, and social impact. A recipient of multiple global accolades & publications, including the Thought Leadership in Community Development & Social Services Award and The Global Game Changers 2024, Kyle’s career reflects his passion for driving meaningful change.

Born with a deep sense of purpose, Kyle attributes his resilience and work ethic to his upbringing and values instilled by family. He holds a degree from DeVry University and multiple other certificates, where he continues to shine as an active alumnus, recently featured in their Alumni Spotlight.

Professionally, Kyle excels as a Partnership Coordinator at CEDA, leveraging emotional intelligence to foster collaboration and trust among diverse stakeholders. CEDA is one of the largest private, nonprofit Community Action Agencies in the country, serving residents throughout Cook County, Illinois.  They serve more than 300,000 people and more than 150,000 households every year. He also brings valuable experience from his roles as a Committee Manager and SNT Coordinator, which are volunteer roles for the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) - demonstrating his versatile leadership and coordination abilities across diverse professional settings. The NSLS contains over 2 million members worldwide, noting that Kyle's efforts are on a global scale.

Kyle’s journey is as personal as it is professional. He has courageously shared his experiences with mental health, demonstrating transparency and strength that inspires others. A chess enthusiast and writer at heart, Kyle has released The Connection Catalyst: A 15-Day EQ Challenge Journal, aimed at enhancing emotional intelligence and fostering personal growth, which serves as Act I for his current Renovation Project.

Kyle’s upcoming two-act project, Renovation, is focused on empowerment and inspiration, developed to create positive change in personal lives, workplaces, and communities. His vision for leadership transcends accomplishments, aiming to leave a lasting legacy defined by authenticity, trust, and transformative impact.
