As the Founder and CEO of the Onyx Leadership Collective, Marvin is a fierce advocate for people of color in leadership—helping them break free from the pressure to conform and equipping them to lead with authenticity, purpose, and power. He is the visionary behind The Onyx Leadership & Brotherhood Circle, a virtual mastermind and coaching

community where men grow through external achievement, intentional process, and personal mastery. He is also the author of Awakening the Onyx Spirit: Mindful Moments for Men, a compelling journal designed to help leaders move from survival to alignment and from performance to presence.
