William Burkett is a results-driven facilities and operations leader with over 20 years of hands-on experience in industrial environments. He currently serve as Director of Facilities, Maintenance, and EH&S for a global manufacturing company, where he oversee multi-site operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safety, compliance, and performance at every level.

William started his career in the trades and earned a technical degree in maintenance electricity before pursuing both a BA and an MBA in business. That background gives him a rare perspective, from being on the floor, in the field, and now at the leadership table. He doesn't just manage systems and processes; he leads people, and takes pride in developing strong teams built on accountability, respect, and shared success.

What drives William is building things that last safe facilities, efficient operations, and cultures where people feel invested. He believe leadership starts with character, and he brings that mindset into every project and every room he walks into.

Outside of work, William is a husband and father who values loyalty, consistency, and honest conversation. He's always open to connecting with others who lead with purpose and aren’t afraid of the work it takes to build something meaningful.
