Men To Watch Awards 2026 honors Dr. Foster Exposé, Jr.

Dr. Foster Exposé, Jr. is a five-time award-winning executive coach, leadership development expert, industrial/organizational (I/O) psychologist, and author. In 2022, he was featured in CEO magazine’s executive coaches’ issue, named one of the top 20 physician coaches from the Coach Foundation, and awarded the distinction of executive coach of the year by CEO Today. In July, of 2023, he was awarded the inaugural Physician Coaching Institute Fellow Award for his outstanding contribution to physician leadership development and earned his second executive coach of the year award from CEO Today. In 2024, Black Leaders Worldwide named him as one of the leading men to watch and a doctor of excellence. Also, that year, he was named one of the 100 Global Leading Professionals by ICABA World Network.

Since 2006, Dr. Exposé has been a strong asset working for various organizations across the nation. He is highly valued and respected by administrative and physician executive leaders because of his expertise in organizational behavior and leadership development. As an expert on organizational performance, he has facilitated over 60,000 training hours on leadership topics such as organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and the psychology of teams. In his narratives on human performance, there is a compelling viewpoint that is steeped in the philosophies of Sigmund Freud and Carl Rogers. Because of his unique approach to educating executive leaders, his programs have been recognized and awarded by the National Center for Healthcare Leadership. In addition to developing leaders, Dr. Exposé has led the development of change management strategies for large-scale mergers and acquisitions for various companies, resulting in a global footprint. Due to his nearly two decade-long accomplished track record of working with senior executives, many seasoned I/O professionals have ranked him in the top 10 percent of the I/O psychology field.

Dr. Exposé’s formal educational training includes a master’s in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a doctorate in psychology from Capella University. He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), having earned his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification. Dr. Exposé is a life member of the prestigious Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. As an active member, he serves on the national political awareness committee and is the health and wellness chair for the Denver Alumni Chapter. In his spare time, he enjoys photography and travel.
