With a background spanning pharmaceutical manufacturing and clinical research education, Woods founded ATC with a mission to ensure professionals trained in the Research Triangle are recognized among the most capable and promising talent in the global life sciences industry.

Throughout his career, Woods has worked across multiple areas of the life sciences ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and building a strong academic foundation in clinical research through Durham Technical Community College. His work is guided by a belief that the Research Triangle produces world-class professionals whose expertise deserves broader recognition and opportunity.
