Careeta Robert-Green is an award-winning executive, career, and leadership coach and Founder of Born with a GIFT. Her mission is to empower leaders to be more bold and confident in their careers. In 2010, she became one of the youngest certified Black female life coaches in the UK. With over 10 years of corporate HR experience, she has worked with major companies like BP, GSK, and Dell. Careeta has coached leaders from companies like Google, Sony, Zoom, and BBC.
She holds a master’s in International Human Resource Management and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She now partners with corporates and universities to deliver virtual group coaching workshops that help individuals develop leadership and career skills. As host of the Unwrap Your GIFT podcast, she shares stories of people who have discovered and used their unique gifts to make a difference in the world.
