Her passion for equity and access, particularly in low-resource settings, has shaped her career in improving healthcare for marginalized populations. Aday’s commitment to transparency and accountability extends to her leadership in various U.S. government roles at USAID, CDC, and HRSA. She holds a PhD in Healthcare Management, an MPH from UCLA, and has been a consistent advocate for policy-driven solutions in global health.
Aday is passionate about speaking on humane leadership and shaping social impact, believing that leaders should prioritize empathy and integrity in decision-making. She is equally dedicated to mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering a culture of inclusive leadership and innovation.
