Candice Harper is a Relationship Strategist, Certified Hypnotherapist, Master Coach, and dynamic Speaker who empowers high-achieving women of color to open their hearts to healthy, lasting love—without shrinking their ambition or brilliance.
She is the creator of The Loving Relationships Protocol, a signature coaching framework that guides successful women through a step-by-step strategy to attract emotionally available, high-caliber men who are ready for real partnership. With over a decade of transformational coaching under her belt, Candice is known for blending deep mindset work with practical, no-fluff guidance—and always, always leading with heart.
Before stepping fully into her purpose, Candice spent 25 years building a standout career in television as an art director, shaping the look and feel of iconic daytime shows like The Wendy Williams Show, The Tyra Show, and many more. Her creative mastery and commanding presence behind the scenes were just a preview of the powerhouse voice she would later bring to coaching, speaking, and podcasting.
Candice holds a Master of Fine Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University. She is a licensed and certified hypnotherapist, a Master Coach trained through Landmark Education, Strategic Intervention, the IAP Relationship Coach Training Program, and Spirit of a Woman Development Program. Whether on stage, in session, or through her podcast, Your Gen X Aunty, Candice serves up wisdom, wit, and deep soul work that speaks directly to women who have everything—except the love they truly deserve.
Candice’s mission is rooted in liberation, legacy, and lovelution. She believes that when powerful Black women learn to receive love with the same skill they give it, the world shifts.
In addition to her work with women, Candice spent years as a devoted mentor to teenage girls navigating at-risk environments. Through her work with Youth At Risk – Unlocking Futures, a New York-based organization focused on life skills and personal development, Candice supported young women in building self-worth, vision, and resilience. Her commitment to mentoring reflects a core belief that healing and leadership begin early—and that every girl deserves to be seen, heard, and guided with love.
At home in Maryland, Candice lives with her partner and their three beloved dogs. A lover of life’s somatic pleasures, she enjoys cooking exotic meals, hiking, yoga, and singing on stages and karaoke rooms. She recently began gardening and has already harvested her first crop of lettuce, collard greens, and onions—proof that life, like love, grows when nurtured with care.
