Cynthia L. Smith is working on the final stages of her dissertation in pursuit of her Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. As CEO of Inwords Productions, Ltd. she provides expertise in mentoring, life coaching, business consulting and professional speaking with workshops, seminars and specialized courses. It's her passion to see others succeed and realize their potential and purpose, and she's done this for over twenty years in the field of education in and outside of the classroom.
