Dr. Donna Lindsay is a dynamic leader, educator, Self-Love Strategist, and transformational coach whose life’s work is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive through self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-love. With over 30 years of experience, she has transitioned from a career in education—where she worked with students facing complex challenges—to building her brand as the founder and visionary behind Donna Lindsay Coaching & Consulting, LLC.

Dr. Lindsay’s academic journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Specific Learning Disabilities and Elementary Education from the University of South Florida, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and a Doctorate in Pastoral Psychology from Maranatha Christian University. This foundation underpins her expertise in fostering transformational change.

Through her coaching and consulting firm, Dr. Lindsay empowers women from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, many navigating trauma, emotional disconnection, and unresolved personal challenges. Her work inspires clients to embrace their worth, break free from limiting beliefs, and lead lives of purpose and fulfillment. She is also a prolific author, having written Self-Love: A Journey Not a Destination and Leading in Love: Heart-Driven Leadership, and contributed to three influential anthologies. In Leadership, Courage, and Confidence, Dr. Donna Lindsay’s chapter "The Power of Influence" highlights the critical role leaders play in shaping and inspiring those they lead by cultivating a deep awareness of how their thoughts, words, actions, and decisions resonate and impact others. In Yes, You Can! Believe in Yourself, her chapter, "Take the Mask Off! Be the Authentic You", empowers readers to embrace authenticity. Finally, in The Empowered Black Female Leader, Dr. Lindsay’s chapter "Surrendering to Love’s Process in Leadership" explores leading with love and aligning actions with purpose.

Most recently, Dr. Lindsay inspired a global audience at the 21st Century Women’s Entrepreneurial and Leadership Conference in Valencia, Spain, where she delivered her keynote, Embarking on the Transformative Journey of Self-Love. This keynote, inspired by her book Self-Love: A Journey Not a Destination, reflects Dr. Lindsay’s deep commitment to empowering individuals through self-awareness and growth. In addition, her book Leading in Love: Heart-Driven Leadership serves as a foundational guide for her workshops and coaching programs, offering leaders the tools to integrate empathy, self-awareness, and connection into their leadership practices. Both books are central to Dr. Lindsay’s mission to transform organizations through values-driven, compassionate leadership. With each engagement, she continues to expand her reach and impact, inspiring leaders to embrace compassion and connection in their leadership journeys.

Her story began in Jamaica, continued with formative years in Canada, and evolved in the United States, where her journey of personal growth and self-reflection began at age 12. These experiences laid the foundation for her work as a transformational coach, using herself as her first client. Today, her journey fuels her passion to help others navigate healing, self-empowerment, and growth.

Grounded in her Christian faith, Dr. Lindsay serves as an ordained minister, dance minister, intercessory prayer leader, and servant leader alongside her husband at the NOW Church in Hollywood, Florida, where they oversee the Department of Leadership and Development. Their shared mission is to guide others in spiritual growth, service, and leading with love. In addition to her professional pursuits, Dr. Lindsay enjoys traveling, reading books on Christian living and personal development, and spending quality time with her family. A devoted humanitarian, she is passionate about bringing the message of self-awareness and self-love to women worldwide, ensuring that every individual has the tools to lead a life of authenticity, purpose, and joy.
