Merlyn Allison Clarke is a powerhouse in the field of personal and professional development. She is a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, as well as a certified Business and Life Coach and DISC Behavioral Analyst. As the Founder and CEO of MAC Leadership Solutions LLC, Merlyn is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and businesses unlock their full potential.

Merlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and brings over 30 years of rich business experience to her coaching and consulting work. Her professional background encompasses expertise in leadership development, training and facilitation, performance improvement, entrepreneurship, real estate investment and consulting, as well as personal and professional growth strategies.

Her coaching and training are grounded in her core values: Integrity, Impact, Valuing Others, Gratitude, and Community Service. These principles guide her mission to empower others to grow, lead, and live with purpose.

Merlyn is also the host of the “Let It Go and Flourish” podcast, inspired by her transformative book of the same name. Through this platform, she shares powerful conversations and insights that help listeners release what’s holding them back so they can rise into who they’re meant to be.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Merlyn has actively engaged with Toastmasters International since 2017. She has served as an area director, overseeing several clubs within the organization. Her commitment to personal development and effective communication is evident in her attainment of the Competent Communicator (CL) and Competent Leadership (CL) awards. Merlyn has reached the pinnacle of Toastmasters success as a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest honor bestowed upon its members.

Merlyn is a proud member of Longview Bible Church and a humanitarian. She has been a partner of World Vision and has sponsored many children since 2000. Beyond her professional and community endeavors, she finds her greatest joy in her family. She is a devoted mother to her daughter Camryn and a proud grandmother to Zayn, Zara and Ziyan. She enjoys creating meaningful memories with family and friends in her free time.
