Miss Phyllis D. Wallace is a respected voice at the intersection of faith, leadership, and the evolving world of work. As CEO and Owner of MPDW Enterprises and a Senior Human Resources Director, she brings over two decades of experience driving meaningful impact at some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including The Coca-Cola Company, Honeywell, and IBM.
In May 2025, she earned the designation of Certified AI for HR Specialist from the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR), reinforcing her commitment to responsible innovation in the workplace. She holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
Miss Phyllis is the author of the #FaithWorkNetwork Twenty-One Day Journal, a resource that reflects her passion for integrating faith with professional purpose. She has also led the successful launch of HR professional development cohorts and high-potential leadership programs.
Since 2010, Miss Phyllis has served as a Visionary Partner with She Is Safe, a global nonprofit dedicated to preventing, rescuing, and restoring women and girls from abuse and exploitation in high-risk communities.
She is deeply committed to mentoring and actively supports the growth of emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. Known for her warmth, wisdom, and purpose-driven leadership, Miss Phyllis values time with her family and close friends and remains devoted to helping others thrive in both life and work.
