A true military brat, Mylon was born and raised in Virginia but has spent most of her life in Georgia. With both parents serving in the Air Force, it was only natural for her to follow in their footsteps, leading to a distinguished tenure in the U.S. Army as a Logistics Operative.

From an early start selling kitchen knife sets to a diverse career spanning home roofs, vehicles, and now insurance, Mylon has mastered the art of sales and relationship-building. As one of the top sales leaders in the automotive industry for American-made cars, she developed a strong foundation in high-ticket sales, customer engagement, and market strategy.

With over seven years of experience in insurance, Mylon has consistently exceeded revenue goals, streamlined processes, and cultivated strategic partnerships at major firms like State Farm, Allstate, GEICO, and Wipro Health Services. Her ability to lead cross-functional teams and enhance customer satisfaction has earned her recognition, including the prestigious Insurance Sales Leader of the Year award for 2023/2024.

Mylon holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a master’s degree. Certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and professional development through Four Block, she brings a data-driven and strategic approach to every endeavor.
