Tiffany Toussaint is a talent acquisition executive with a passion for connecting people and fostering relationships. She is a fierce mental health advocate and often shares her own story so others know and understand it's ok to not be ok. Tiffany has an M.A. in Organizational Management and Human Resources, and a B.S. in communications, which she has used as the foundation of her career. Tiffany's professional experience includes recruiting, learning and development and human resources work in hospitality, not-for profit, financial services, construction and manufacturing industries, and higher education; including publicly and privately held organizations, and Fortune 500 companies.

Tiffany has worked in talent acquisition and human resources for over 20 years; leading talent acquisition within corporations, and spending several years leading Human Resources leadership searches within a Twin Cities-based executive search firm. Additionally, Tiffany was an active volunteer with Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management (TCSHRM), and the Minnesota SHRM State Council, having been elected to several Board seats. Tiffany also served on the Advisory Board for Recruiters network. She currently holds the role of Board Chair for the St. Paul, MN based non-profit, 180 Degrees, which offers trauma-informed care and support for sex trafficked teens, transitional housing for men exiting the correctional system, and shelter for teens across the state of Minnesota.

Through her professional experience and volunteerism she has built a powerful network extending into multiple countries. She is dedicated to using her experiences to help people make connections, and put great people to work!

Tiffany is a proud boy mom who is cheering on her future Mechanical Engineer. She is a lifelong Minnesota Twins fan and enjoys craft beer.
