Women To Watch 2025 honoree Tracy Forde-Catlyn

Tracy Forde-Catlyn has been a Human Resources Practitioner for over 20 years and has stayed current with the industry, reinventing herself in the field of human resources as opportunities and global changes occur.
Tracy, a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Resources Management Association of Barbados (HRMAB) and the Caribbean Society of Human Resources Professionals (CSHRP), holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management with merit from the University of Surrey, UK and HR Certification (SHRM-CP) along with professional training in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Change Management, Emotional Intelligence, Employment Law and Strategic HR Metrics. Her passion for HR strategies led a regional financial company to win the Barbados's Best Employer’s Award for its outstanding work in the medium sized category.
As a Past Congressional President of the Caribbean Society for Human
Resources Professionals (CSHRP), she has consulted on HR related projects and mentors young professionals who chose Human Resources Management as their career focus. She also sits on the Literacy Project Board (nonprofit organization) as the Director of Human Resources. Tracy’s skills and expertise were utilized during the covid pandemic in 2020 as a mentor for young HR professionals virtually as far as the United Kingdom under the Black Women in HR Association (BWHR) UK.
With a myriad of skills in coaching, mentoring and performance management, and a strong passion for developing competent, skilled employees, Tracy is also a Certified Organizational Development Coach. Outside of her professional role, she has two young adult daughters, likes to read, research and serves as a worship leader.
