Carolyn E. Scott is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in Organizational Development. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Organization Development and is a certified Human Resources Professional and Executive Coach. During her undergraduate studies at Morgan State University, Carolyn was a Co-Op student, partnered with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt Maryland and worked every other semester in her field of study, Business Administration as a Procurement Specialist starting as a sophomore up through to the year of her graduation. Throughout her vast career, Carolyn has worked for in a corporate environment to include Banking institutions in the field of Operations Management and served as Assistant Vice President, Check Encoding Operations for former Midlantic Bank, now PNC Bank, in NJ for 9 years into the start of her career. Over the immediate past 11 years to current date, Carolyn has worked as an Executive Human Resources professional in the New Jersey NFP industry at a 501 (c)(3) non-profit that services individuals with developmental disabilities.
Throughout her career, Carolyn has led mentorship initiatives and is also an active volunteer and Board member of another NJ 501(c)(3) non-profit in NJ, which is a cause-driven organization dedicated to strengthening their community by supporting youth development, promoting healthy living, and fostering social responsibility. Through her
ongoing efforts, Carolyn remains dedicated to promoting leadership development and diversity initiatives that create lasting change within organizations. Her commitment to empowering women leaders and fostering inclusive workplaces makes her a recognized figure in her field.
Carolyn is a respected voice in the realm of HR leadership and a role model for the next generation of leaders. She continues to inspire others with her commitment to excellence and her vision for a future where all individuals can thrive in their respective professional environments. Most notably, Carolyn has made significant contributions throughout her career as an executive coach, leveraging her extensive background in executive management, Human Resources and Organizational Development to guide C-suite leaders towards achieving their full potential.
