With over 30 years of experience in both the financial sector and the beauty industry, Celisa Jackson is a dedicated leader committed to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and fostering personal and professional growth. Her career has been built on a foundation of service, leadership, and a passion for helping others realize their full potential.

She has proudly spent three decades with Mary Kay Cosmetics, where she developed strong leadership skills, mentored countless individuals, and cultivated a deep understanding of entrepreneurship and personal development. Alongside her corporate experience, Celisa serves as the CEO of Take A 2nd Look LLC, where she focuses on inspiring transformation, confidence, and renewed purpose in the lives of others.

She hold a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership with a concentration in Biblical Studies from Tripp Bible Institute, which strengthened her foundation in faith-based leadership, counseling, and ministry. As a Board Certified Christian Counselor and Licensed Evangelist Missionary, Celisa is deeply committed to spiritual guidance, emotional wellness, and community outreach. Her work reflects a holistic approach to leadership—integrating faith, service, and empowerment.

Her leadership extends into the community through several impactful roles. Celisa is also honored to serve as Vice President on the board of the Putting Youth First Committee Organization, where she advocates for youth development and empowerment. In addition she is a former Founding Co-President of AHKBING in Michigan, where she helped establish a platform for leadership, collaboration, and cultural advancement.

Celisa is an active member of several organizations that align with her mission to uplift and serve, including NAACP, Black Leaders Worldwide, Female Leaders in Ministry & Marketplace (FLIM), and Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Inc. Through these affiliations, she continues to expand her impact and collaborate with like-minded leaders.

As a community-focused leader, counselor, entrepreneur, and minister, her goal is to inspire change, build meaningful connections, and leave a lasting legacy of empowerment, faith, and service.
