Dizzale Tanner is the Founder of Altus Compliance LLC and the creator of HousingIntellect, a platform designed to modernize and simplify compliance across the affordable housing industry. With over a decade of experience, she is known for turning complex regulatory challenges into practical, real-world solutions.

A childhood survivor of aplastic anemia, a rare blood disorder, and later a head and neck cancer survivor, Dizzale’s journey has shaped her resilience, perspective, and commitment to impact. She continues that commitment through her role with the Patient Family Centered Care (PFCC) Program in Hematology at St. Jude.

Before launching her own company, Dizzale built her career working across complex compliance environments, supporting housing organizations, management companies, and programs with layered regulatory requirements. She later created HousingIntellect after recognizing a gap in the industry, bringing her expertise into a technology-driven platform built to improve accuracy, efficiency, and oversight. HousingIntellect is currently entering its growth stage as Dizzale prepares to scale the platform and expand its reach across the industry.
