Black Leaders Worldwide honors Jeri Guyette-Beckles, 2026 Women To Watch Awards.

Jeri Guyette-Beckles is the CEO and Founder of Vintage Vixen Cosmetics, LLC, the first luxury color cosmetics company especially created for multi-ethnic, middle-aged women 35 and "Finer" to help boost collagen production and maintain moisture. A cosmetic scientist, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in biology, is a licensed master cosmetologist, paramedical aesthetician, certified medical and clinical electrologist, and camouflage make-up artist. Jeri holds an Associate of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology and is a graduate of The Dallas Center for Advanced Aesthetic Medicine. She has worked alongside plastic and cosmetic surgeons as well as dermatologists for over thirty-five years and has treated multiple skin disorders. Her expertise lies in acneic, hyperpigmented, and aging skin.


Jeri experimented with a myriad of cosmetic and natural ingredients to create cosmetics that would not only address the concerns of ageing skin but be beautiful and edgy in color too. Infusing her line with botanicals to nourish the skin on a cellular level and safeguard the skin’s integrity with UVA and UVB protection, she was able to incorporate her love of animals by researching alternatives to common cosmetic ingredients to remain cruelty-free. Evoking her love of Old Hollywood glamour, she culled her prism of colors from her top favorite actresses and songstresses from bygone era that represented the epitome of beauty, strength, class, and sass.


Jeri is also a lifestyle / commercial / print / runway model, public speaker, and business consultant who believes that more mature women should be included in all aspects of advertisement and social media because “our demographic is under-represented and the desire to be our unique and best selves never fades with age.” A self-proclaimed ‘Alpha Vixen’, 2025 / 2024 Black Leaders Worldwide Woman to Watch, recipient of the 2024 ACHI Magazine Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the 2024 Generals, Bosses & Bossettas Woman in Business Award, the 2023 Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and the 2023 Phatz Foundation Black Business Excellence Award, it is her desire to inspire all women to empowerment, disrupt ageism, and change beauty standards.


While growing her beauty brand, Jeri found herself surrounded by women with dreams of launching businesses of their own. Inspired by their passion, she founded Jeri Guyette LLC—a Business Consulting and Development company dedicated to helping small business owners navigate the legal and foundational aspects of entrepreneurship. Since its launch on September 20, 2025, Jeri Guyette LLC has already helped 30 entrepreneurs turn their ideas into reality. Her mission is to continue empowering ambitious visionaries for many years to come.
