Lorna A. George is the founder of Equipping To Thrive, a coaching and consulting firm that partners with professional women over 50 to reclaim their confidence, expand their leadership capacity, and build legacies rooted in purpose. As a Certified Executive Coach and Corporate Facilitator, she works closely with solopreneurs and organizational leaders to align values, increase impact, and lead with strategic intention.

Her signature VIP Framework—Values, Impact, and People—equips her clients to overcome internal barriers, sharpen decision-making, and lead with clarity. Drawing on over 17 years of legal experience, Lorna brings analytical precision and grounded wisdom to every engagement, helping high-achieving women transition from success to significance.

Beyond her professional practice, Lorna is the founder of Sandal Strap™, an initiative that provides scholarships to Black women pursuing degrees in natural and applied sciences and architecture. She is also the author of Leadership Starts in the Mirror: Leading Me First to Lead Others Better, a guide to developing the self-leadership required for sustainable influence.
