As founder of Zera Workflows, Michelle designs and builds AI automation systems and custom applications for small businesses ready to stop doing manually what technology can do better. Her work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and practical AI, identifying where the real problem lives, then building the infrastructure to solve it.

Her most personal build is H·E·R· — Human Expertise Reinforced by AI. A LinkedIn revenue system designed for women founders who are brilliant at their work and exhausted by everything else. H·E·R· replaces five disconnected tools with one intelligent platform acts as a partner; writing in her voice, surfaces the right prospects, and connects daily LinkedIn activity to revenue — without demanding more hours from a woman who has none to spare.

Michelle was a featured speaker at the Top 100 Most Powerful Black Women Summit 2026, where she spoke on AI as a Playing Field Leveller for black women.

She is currently welcoming women founders to take H·E·R·'s free diagnostic — an eight-minute assessment that produces a personalised LinkedIn revenue blueprint built around their specific business, audience, and goal.
