With over three decades of experience in business management, Mr. Turner’s areas of expertise include business development, marketing, strategic planning, and customer service. Since 1993, he has served as president of Complete Carpet Care Inc. Mr. Turner oversees operations of the company, which professionally helps clients with water damage restoration and carpet cleaning. He handles marketing for the business, and focuses on building and maintaining client relations.
Mr. Turner cleaned his first carpet at the age of 8 after learning the process from his father, Jewell Turner, who had been in the carpet cleaning business for 25 years. Focus on customer service led to the A-plus rating. The highest rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Before his work with Complete Carpet Care Inc., Mr. Turner owned and managed America’s #1 Buffet Golden Corral Restaurant franchise in Leavenworth, Ks.
In early 2012, he started an online retail department store, powered by Amazon.com. Brad's Mega Store has developed into a trustworthy world-class shopping destination where you can get anything you want.
Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing and personnel management, from Truman State University. He was on the Board of Directors of the Leavenworth-Lansing Area Chamber of Commerce for 6 years and an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years.
