Black Leaders Worldwide honors Craig Glover, 2026 Men To Watch Awards.

Dr. Craig Glover serves as the President and CEO of FamilyCare Health Centers, a prominent

community health center in West Virginia. He oversees a multidisciplinary team that provides

comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, and vision care to approximately 45,500 patients during approximately 150,000 annual visits. FamilyCare achieved national quality awards for top-tier outcomes, reduced supply costs, raised its Net Promoter Score, and expanded services under his leadership. Glover served as the president and CEO of ambulatory care organizations in Illinois and Connecticut, where he achieved sustained operational improvement and growth.


As founder and principal of LamDen Consulting Group, Dr. Glover advises executives on aligning leadership style and organizational culture. LamDen collaborates with executives to

diagnose prevalent culture types, identify the appropriate leadership behaviors, and enhance these capabilities through assessments, coaching, and team seminars. The organization's objective is to convert cultural insights into actionable leadership roadmaps that enhance engagement, execution, and alignment.


A seasoned governance contributor, Glover is a director with UHC Solutions, Inc. He was appointed to the National Advisory Committee on Rural Health & Human Services by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services. He chairs the West Virginia Primary Care Association and the United Way of Central West Virginia, and sits on the boards of the National School-Based Health Alliance.


Glover holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and  Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University, a Master of Arts in Advanced Leadership Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Oakland City University. His professional credentials include certification in Private Company Governance, the Community Health Center Executive Fellowship (CHCEF) from the University of Kansas Medical Center, and Fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE). He welcomes outreach regarding corporate board service—particularly in healthcare, payer, healthtech, and mission-driven organizations.
