Black Leaders Worldwide honors Dr. Vincent Miles, 2026 Men To Watch Awards.

Dr. Vincent Miles is a clinical psychologist and consultant whose work focuses on the intersection of mental health, organizational strategy, and community growth. As the founder of Miles Psychological Services in St. Cloud, Minnesota, he has dedicated his career to advancing mental health through evidence-based therapies, specializing in clinical health psychology and personalized counseling. His practice integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques with person-centered methodologies to empower clients to achieve lasting growth.

In 2024, Dr. Miles expanded his impact by launching Human Factor Leadership, a dynamic consulting firm that bridges the gap between behavioral science and leadership. A major milestone in this venture was the recent launch of his "28-Day Leadership Challenge," a high-impact program designed to help leaders at every stage embed empathy, psychological safety, and effective leadership into their daily management practices. His influence in the business world was further solidified in 2025 when he was named to the Black Impact Magazine "100 Entrepreneurs to Know" list.

A hallmark of Dr. Miles’ leadership is his ability to foster large-scale community initiatives. As a founding board member for the Great River Children’s Museum, he was instrumental in the strategic design and the successful $17 million capital campaign that led to the museum’s grand opening in June 2025. Now operating as Minnesota’s second-largest children’s museum, the institution is on track to welcome over 100,000 visitors annually, providing inclusive, transformative educational experiences for families across the region.

Dr. Miles’ academic credentials include Master’s and Doctoral degrees in clinical psychology, complemented by his status as an alumnus of the 2024 Minnesota Young American Leaders Program (MYALP), a Harvard-backed leadership program. His work has been recognized with the Black Leaders Worldwide (BLW) Doctors of Excellence designation and a notable three-year streak on the BLW "Men To Watch" list (2024, 2025, and 2026).

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Miles is deeply rooted in community and family. Inspired by his wife and son, he balances his career with a dedication to authenticity, humor, and exploration. Whether he is refining organizational strategies through Human Factor Leadership or advocating for systemic mental health changes, his philosophy centers on fostering connectedness to redefine what excellence looks like in the modern world.
