Isaac Sebakijje is an African business development strategist, hospitality expert, and global advisor based in Los Angeles. Born and raised in Uganda, with formative years in Kenya and professional training in the United Kingdom, he brings more than two decades of multicultural leadership experience across Africa, Europe, and the United States.

A graduate of Henley College in the UK, Isaac began his career in hospitality management. Isaac’s professional journey includes management and leadership roles with global organizations in the UK, Germany, and the United States. Over time, this grounding evolved into a broader mission: applying operational excellence, strategic clarity, and partnership-driven models to Africa’s development discourse.

He became a respected commentator on Africa’s hospitality and other business industries, contributing to both African and international media. In 2018, he joined a private trade mission across five Nigerian states to promote sector growth and cross‑border collaboration.

He is also trained in real estate and mortgage licensing with Long & Foster Real Estate in Maryland and participated in leadership and financing programs, including workshops hosted by the U.S. Export‑Import Bank in Washington, D.C.

In California, Isaac was appointed Secretary of the African Growth and Opportunity Act Southern California Coalition (AGOA‑SCC), supporting one of the United States’ most significant trade frameworks for Sub‑Saharan Africa. He also served with the congressional award‑winning African Global Economic & Development Summit, held at the University of Southern California from 2014 to 2017, which connected African business leaders with U.S. investors and policymakers.

Isaac’s entrepreneurial mindset, humanitarian values, and extensive travel across Africa, Europe, and the Americas shape his ability to collaborate and advise organizations seeking to engage with Africa’s rapidly evolving markets.
