Women T Watch Awards 2026 honors Charity McDonald

Charity McDonald is an internationally published author, keynote speaker, leadership consultant and AI strategist who guides high achievers to have an increase in pay, peace and power. She is the founder, chief learning officer of CRWN Institute (pronounced “CROWN”) and creator of the CROWN framework. Charity supports both organizations and business leaders with learning strategies for more lucrative outcomes, most recently supporting LinkedIn as an AI trainer.

Her 15+ year professional background includes higher education, edtech consulting at the enterprise level and executive career coaching. She has presented and led training on professional development, learning strategy, leadership wellness and BIPOC women’s history. In 2023, she was interviewed by the LA Times regarding the impact of AI in the job market. Recently, Charity was selected to join the technical advisory board for the Global Skill Development Council. For the past three years, she has been recognized as a Top LinkedIn Community Voice with nearly 15k followers. Her core themes are career fulfillment and faith.
