Margery Sendze is a leader, author, and cultural influencer with over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. As the founder of The People Champion, a career and leadership coaching organization, Dr. Sendze helps current and aspiring STEM professionals navigate their career paths. She is a dedicated advocate for creating inclusive environments that support the participation and retention of women and people of color in STEM fields. Her efforts to address the talent gap in the tech workforce have earned her recognition as a thought leader, including being named one of the 29 Outstanding Black Women in Tech by the Women in Tech Global Network in 2024. An industrial and organizational psychologist, Marge leverages her expertise in human psychology and organizational culture to influence discussions and practical solutions to improve the experiences of women and people of color in STEM.
