Dr. Mireille Toulekima is a distinguished engineer, global energy advisor, entrepreneur, talk show host, and published author. With a background in petroleum engineering, she has amassed over 25 years of experience across Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia, holding various technical and leadership positions within prominent energy and STEM (Science, technology, Engineering and Mathematics) organizations. Her diverse skill set and significant achievements in the energy and STEM sectors have garnered her international acclaim.

Dr. Mireille Toulekima, the visionary behind MT Energy Resources, STEM Queens Global, and The Greatness Engineering Brand in Perth, Australia, also spearheads the Mireille Toulekima Global Leadership Organisation and is Executive Fellow at Woxsen University in Telangana, India. She holds the position of G100 Global Chair of Engineering and Energy and actively participates in numerous leadership and technical groups and boards worldwide. Her advisory roles include serving as an advisor for the Central Africa Business Energy Forum (CABEF, Cameroon), advisory board member at Nalule Energy and Mining Consultants (NEM, Uganda), Non-executive Director at Women for Sustainable Energy and Climate Action (W4SECA, Cameroon), and Corporate Adviser and Advisory Board member at National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED, India).
