Careeta Robert-Green is an award-winning executive, career and leadership coach with over fifteen years’ experience helping leaders become more bold, visible and confident in their careers. Her work is grounded in a clear mission: to help professionals recognise, trust and lead with their gifts. She believes that when leaders honour who they truly are, confidence, clarity and impact naturally follow.

After building her early career in corporate HR, Careeta trained as a coach and in 2010 became one of the youngest certified Black female life coaches in the UK. She has since worked across FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations including BP, GSK and Dell, supporting leaders through change, growth and pivotal career transitions. 

Today, she leads a fully virtual global coaching practice and has coached over two thousand leaders worldwide. Known for her expertise in virtual group coaching and training, Careeta creates high-trust, high-impact spaces where leaders grow together, strengthen their visibility and lead with confidence.
