Women To Watch Awards 2026 honors Caroline Dennis

Caroline Dennis is an example of leadership with a purpose. As the Founder/President/CEO of the Chayil Financial Group and the Founder/Executive Director of NuJourney Foundation, she has created organizations to embody purpose, passion, and intentional effort. She is the creator of the Coco. Girl Influence Brand as well as an Assistant Vice President for Taylor Morrison Home Funding. The Chayil Financial Group, a minority-owned parent company, with four operating subsidiaries, strives to merge business development and investment opportunities to non-traditional investors.

Caroline also leads the NuJourney Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on promoting, advocating and teaching financial education and entrepreneurship in underserved communities, groups and communities of color. Through this organization, Caroline empowers individuals, families, and small business owners to achieve their financial goals and create a better future for themselves and their communities.

Caroline's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Corporate Finance and a graduate degree in Project Management. She has also completed the Yale School of Management Executive Leadership Program. Furthermore, Caroline is a Certified Financial Education Instructor, a Certified Practitioner of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile through Eckerd College's Leadership Development Institute and she is a Master Trainer Financial Coach. She is an award-winning author with the debut of her new book entitled, “Take the Journey: The Powerful Steps to Owning Your Story.” She has recently published her second book, “Who Am I Financially Speaking.”

Caroline's commitment to community extends beyond her professional endeavors as she serves as a Program Advisor for the MUMA School of Business, Design Thinking Program at the University of South Florida. Additionally, she has been appointed to the Board of Directors for EmploAS, an international education technology firm. Caroline is deeply committed to her family and faith. She operates under the guiding principle of "Grace." She expounds she understands that grace is freely given by the Creator, and it should be extended to others.

Caroline continues to make waves in her lane.
