Dr. Lindsay is the Founder and CEO of Donna Lindsay Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where she partners with executives, leadership teams, educators, and purpose-driven organizations to strengthen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, accountability, and inclusive leadership practices. Her approach emphasizes leadership formation over performance, guiding leaders to move beyond reactive behaviors toward grounded, relational, and sustainable leadership that positively shapes culture and outcomes.
Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Specific Learning Disabilities and Elementary Education from the University of South Florida, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor’s degree in Executive Leadership from Cornerstone University and Theological Seminary (Jerusalem, Israel / USA), and a Doctorate in Pastoral Psychology from Maranatha Christian University. This interdisciplinary preparation uniquely positions her at the intersection of leadership formation, emotional intelligence, behavioral insight, and organizational culture.
A prolific author, Dr. Lindsay is the author of Self-Love: A Journey Not a Destination and Leading in Love: Heart-Driven Leadership, both of which serve as foundational resources for her leadership formation programs, workshops, and coaching engagements. In 2025, she became a #1 Best-Selling Contributing Author in the anthology From Cocoon to Soar, where her chapter, Leading with Compassion, explores empathy, emotional regulation, and the role of compassion in effective leadership. She has also contributed to several influential anthologies, including Leadership, Courage, and Confidence, Yes, You Can! Believe in Yourself, and The Empowered Black Female Leader, addressing themes of influence, authenticity, surrender, and purpose-aligned leadership.
Dr. Lindsay’s influence continues to expand globally. She has delivered international keynote presentations across Europe, including engagements in Valencia, Spain, and Paris, France, where she presented Embarking on the Transformative Journey of Self-Love to diverse audiences of women leaders and professionals. Her work reaches leaders across corporate, nonprofit, educational, and faith-based sectors, helping organizations cultivate cultures rooted in trust, inclusion, and psychological safety while honoring neurodiverse strengths.
An ordained minister, Dr. Lindsay also oversees the Leadership Development Department within her church community, where she equips ordained ministers, Elders, and department heads with the tools to lead effectively, ethically, and with emotional intelligence. In this role, she supports leadership formation, succession readiness, accountability, and relational leadership across diverse teams, further reinforcing her commitment to developing leaders who serve with clarity, integrity, and compassion.
Born in Jamaica, with formative years in Canada and the United States, Dr. Lindsay’s multicultural life journey informs her deeply relational and inclusive leadership philosophy. She often describes herself as her first client, having navigated her own journey of growth, healing, and self-awareness. That lived experience fuels her passion for guiding others toward alignment, wholeness, and meaningful leadership impact.
In 2025, Dr. Donna Lindsay was also recognized by Black Leaders Worldwide as a Woman to Watch, acknowledging her growing influence in leadership formation, emotional intelligence, and transformational development.
