With over 28 years of experience in human resource development and management, Dr. Brown’s journey from HR intern to Federal HR Director positions her as a trusted voice in leadership, career advancement, and organizational effectiveness. She is the Chief Executive Officer of 3eee Consulting, where she educates, equips, and empowers individuals and organizations through coaching, workshops, and transformational conversations focused on career and entrepreneurial development, leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution, goal setting, and professional branding.

A bestselling and contributing author in multiple anthologies, Dr. Brown has shared global platforms through conferences, summits, podcasts, and featured publications. Her work has earned numerous honors, including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and the State of Maryland Governor’s Citation.

Dr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University. She is an active member of the Prince George’s County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
