Black Leaders Worldwide honors Olga J. Sterling Rossiter, 2026 Women To Watch Awards

Olga J. Sterling-Rossiter is a Spirit-filled and Spirit-led leader with an unwavering passion for

the growth and development of all people. Grounded in faith and purpose, she is deeply

committed to helping individuals uncover their deepest desires, confront internal and external challenges, and confidently construct a path forward—both personally and professionally. Her work is rooted in a foundational belief: it begins with self.

Throughout her journey, Olga has been blessed to sit in transformative rooms and build

meaningful connections with people who have stretched her capacity to learn, comprehend, and excel in guiding others toward their fullest potential. She believes that true growth requires depth, consistency, and a willingness to say “yes” to what challenges us. By embracing opportunities that stretched her beyond comfort, Olga gained clarity in who she is and how she is called to help others.

Though her natural desire was to work behind the scenes, Olga recognized the magnitude of her voice and stepped into leadership. She has been a Toastmaster for eight years and has served in Officer roles for several consecutive years, experiences that have significantly strengthened her confidence, communication, and leadership presence.

Olga serves as an Equity Practitioner Fellow and has participated in a cohort with The

National Coalition of 100 Black Women. From this work, she expanded her advocacy and

storytelling through her podcast, Reign of Release, a platform where she shares reflections on life, growth, and transformation after life-altering events. She is also the founder of A Necessary Noise, a small business and advocacy initiative committed to ensuring that a child’s address never determines the quality of education they receive. This mission was born from her involvement within the Delaware education system, where she helped create space for parents and educators to voice concerns about educational gaps affecting low-income, impoverished communities, and Black and Brown children—a fight that remains ongoing.

At the heart of everything Olga does is people. She finds deep fulfillment in engagement,

connection, and the exchange of thoughts, ideas, and diverse ideologies. She has also served communities through hands-on outreach, including feeding the homeless and providing clothing to diversely challenged individuals, both domestically and internationally. Open to understanding every walk of life, she believes that authentic connection creates movement—rich with purpose, discovery, and transformation.

Olga’s faith is her substance and guiding force. It shapes how she lives, leads, and serves.

Through her work in professional and personal development, she emphasizes structure,

commitment, respect, support, encouragement, and kindness in every endeavor. She believes in “clean lines”—transparency, honesty, and fairness—and stands firmly in her convictions while always making room for dialogue, challenge, and growth.

Looking ahead, Olga’s future is rooted in pursuing public advocacy and speaking engagements, where she can amplify voices, challenge systems, and inspire individuals and

communities toward equity, self-discovery, and purposeful action.

For Olga, life is meant to be lived fully, boldly, and authentically. And above all, she believes:

Life is amazing.
