Women To Watch Awards 2026 honors Olympia LaRose

Olympia LaRose is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Piahrose, an executive search and talent advisory firm trusted by global law firms, and high-growth enterprises to solve their most critical leadership challenges. She sets the firm’s strategic direction and personally leads high-stakes engagements, advising boards and executive teams on executive search, succession strategy, and organizational design that directly impact performance and enterprise value.

A keynote speaker, former engineer and champion of inclusion and access, Olympia has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to advancing women in technology and leadership. Serving as Vice Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers, Olympia has pioneered initiatives that bridge opportunity gaps and empower underrepresented talent. 

Additionally, as an elected United Nations USA Delegate to the 61st Commission on the Status of Women (Economic and Social Council), she advocated for policies advancing women’s economic empowerment globally.
