Women To Watch Awards 2026 honors Shannon S. Lesane

Shannon S. Lesane is a project management leader and U.S. Air Force veteran with more than twenty years of experience building and scaling Project Management Offices (PMOs) to accelerate enterprise performance. Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional initiatives, strengthened operational discipline, and developed delivery frameworks that drive growth, accountability, and long-term scalability.

With over two decades in the field, Shannon has advanced through nearly every level of project management, culminating in her current role as Vice President of a PMO within a high-tech software organization. She has also owned and operated her own consulting firm, where she helped companies establish PMOs from the ground up, improve processes, and achieve strategic outcomes.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Shannon is the author of Jagged Edges: A Journey Through Love, Reflection, and Forgiveness, a curated collection of poetry, letters, and reflections spanning almost three decades of her life. While her writing dives into themes of love, family, faith, and healing, her executive work centers on the transformation of organizations, systems, and the people who lead them.
