Sutton C. McCraney is an Authority Builder, U.S. Air Force veteran, and founder of The Flavor Room™, a global, invite-only, curated ecosystem designed to elevate diverse entrepreneurs, leaders ofC. color, and change makers through clarity, connection, and ethical leadership. Her work focuses on authority-building, ecosystem development, and leadership identity in complex and evolving markets.

With more than a decade of leadership experience spanning military service, business, and community building, Sutton brings a grounded and disciplined approach to leadership development. She holds a Master of Arts in Management and an MBA in Marketing, and her perspective is further shaped by her life as a homeschool mother of four and her years serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force.

Sutton is the co-author and independent publisher of the research paper “Is It LEGIT Redefining Equity, Leadership, and Influence in Online Business,” which examines how legitimacy, access, and authority are constructed and gatekept within modern entrepreneurial spaces. The paper contributes original insight to conversations around leadership, equity, and influence at a global level.
