Recognizing the lack of opportunities for aspiring plumbers, they were inspired to establish Faith Plumbing LLC to provide plumbing apprenticeships and create a pathway for others to succeed in the trade.

For the past eight years, Karen has been happily married, cherishing the support and partnership she shares with her husband. Her deep faith in God has been a cornerstone of her life, providing guidance and strength. Karen attributes the sustainability and growth of their business to God's favor and blessings.

Karen is currently pursuing her passion for helping others reach their full potential through her company, GrindStone Coaching.
