Nakisha Dixon is a C-Suite Human Resources Executive with nearly two decades of hands-on leadership experience. She is passionate about working for and with small businesses to design world-class people departments and programs. Nakisha’s passion for human resources extends into her hobbies, she is the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for the Dulles Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management, she regularly writes for the Forbes Human Resources Council and speaks nationally on the topics of Employee Experience, Engagement, and Human Capital Strategy.  A proud New Jersey native – she knows where you can find good pizza and bagels, and nothing gives her more joy than being with her family and doing yoga.
